The current proprietors have owned the business for the last 6 years though the tearoom has been established in the town for over 25 years.  The turnover and profitability have consistently increased year after year by providing a comprehensive meals and snacks menu served between the opening hours of 7.30am to 5.30pm daily.  The premises are well located in Inveraray's Main Street West and benefits from good passing trade and the many tourists who flock to the Georgian town with its famous castle, home to the Duke of Argyll and the clan Campbell.  The towns other tourist attractions include the Bell Tower, Inveraray Jail, The Arctic Penguin (maritime experience) and the well known George Hotel.
